In fact, the math works out that we deliver a new, custom exhibit virtually every day. What does this mean? Among other things, it means we have the logistics down solid. It also means that we are in the trenches... on the trade show floor... up to date... and aware. |

1 All of us at Catalyst are particularly proud of the "industry mix" that we service. We believe this that is a testament to our effectiveness as marketers. It is a common theme amongst prospects who meet us for the first time to inquire as "what industries does Catalyst work within?" They are invariably asking if we are an automotive shop or a telecom shop or a pharmaceutical shop or a medical instruments shop or a consumer electronics shop... you get the idea.
We know that there exists a small cadre of “Specialty Exhibit Houses” - exhibit firms whose entire raison d’être is to orbit a particular segment of the marketplace. We answer quite unabashedly that we are NOT one of them! We are not part of any club. In fact, we relish the opportunity to place our clients on a show floor amongst our competition. We are, after all, about IMPACT. While we happen to be marketers with a wealth of experience in the technical and scientific milieu, the integrated marketing comes first. Always. That is why our clients choose us.

2 Most traditional exhibit companies spend their energy looking for the biggest exhibitors who will build huge structures and allocate a large portion of their budget to logistics. Catalyst is DIFFERENT. We believe that this is one of the biggest problems with exhibit marketing today. This isn’t about marketing at all. Our focus is on IMPACT and Marketing Success. The truth is that there are thousands of companies out there who a) market at trade shows, b) don't have unlimited budgets allocated for these efforts and c) need high quality, effective and compelling trade show marketing tools. What happens to them? Traditionally, they get neglected. Their programs suffer. It is easy to see why.
One of the most common questions we get in "Requests for Information" is something like: "Where would a company our size fit within your client mix?" (No one wants to be the smallest fish). Our business model is different. We have hundreds of clients. Some use us only periodically for small exhibit needs. Others manage their entire programs through us. Many exhibit in the smallest possible spaces and others require enormous stands. A lot have internal trade show departments. All are welcome. All get the same team approach to service. All go through the same design process, every time (The Design Process and Why it Matters). We are built to service all exhibitors. Even if you have a large budget, it doesn't mean that you want to waste it.
